Job Description

• We are a dynamic law firm seeking to engage the services of a highly motivated and resourceful Associate Lawyer with 4 – 5 years post-call experience to join our growing team.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide legal advisory and representation services across a broad range of practice areas.
• Draft, review, and negotiate legal documents, contracts, and agreements.
• Conduct legal research and prepare opinions, briefs, and memoranda.
• Represent clients in court, arbitral proceedings, and regulatory hearings.
• Support the firm’s transactional and dispute resolution practice.
• Contribute to business development initiatives and client relationship management.

Requirements

• LL.B and B.L with a minimum of 4 – 5 years post-call experience.
• Strong background in dispute resolution and/or commercial transactions.
• Excellent legal drafting, analytical, and research skills.
• Strong oral and written communication abilities.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and within a team.
• High level of professionalism, integrity, and commitment.
