Tokyo Global Partner Scholarship

The Tokyo Global Partner Scholarship Program is awarded to high-achieving students who wish to pursue their graduate education at Tokyo Metropolitan University (TMU). The Tokyo Metropolitan University Scholarship Covers International Airfare, Tuition Fees, Stipend, and Admission Fee. Applicants from around the world are eligible to apply.

To be eligible for the Tokyo Global Partner Scholarship, candidates must meet the following criteria:

• Meet the entry requirements for admission to a graduate program at Tokyo Metropolitan University (TMU).
• Be enrolled in a bachelor’s degree (i.e., a master’s applicant) or a master’s degree (i.e., a Ph.D. applicant) program at a partner institution of TMU or a higher education institution in either of the following locations: any of Tokyo’s sister cities, any other Asian country or region.
• Work in a research institution, governmental organisation, or company in either of the following locations: any of Tokyo’s sister cities, any other Asian country or region.
• Demonstrate a commitment to collaboration and innovation for the enhancement of Tokyo and beyond.
