HR & Legal Officer

Requirements

• LL.B and B.L. (must be a qualified lawyer called to the Nigerian Bar).
• Minimum of Second Class Upper (2:1) at both University and Law School.
• Minimum of 2 years Post-NYSC experience in legal practice, HR, or a combined corporate role.
• Strong legal drafting skills with a clear understanding of Nigerian Labor Law and HR best practices.
• Ability to work independently, exercise high discretion, and manage sensitive personnel information.
• Strong organizational, communication, and conflict-resolution skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and general HR/document management tools.

Preferred Attributes:

• Relevant HR certifications (e.g., CIPM, SHRM, or HRCI) are a distinct advantage.
• Strong sense of initiative, ownership, and emotional intelligence.
• Rigorous attention to detail in legal drafting and policy implementation.
• Discipline for consistent follow-up.

Location Preference:

Applicants should reside within or around Ojota, Ikeja, Ketu, Palmgrove, Maryland, Gbagada, Oworonshoki, Yaba, Bariga, Oshodi, Ilupeju, Mushin, or nearby areas in Lagos.
