- Draft, review, and manage tenancy agreements, leases, property management agreements, service agreements, NDAs, and other commercial contracts.
- Provide legal support on property transactions, including property acquisitions, leases, renewals, terminations, assignments, and other real estate-related matters.
- Conduct legal due diligence on properties, landlords, tenants, vendors, and other stakeholders, and identify potential legal or contractual risks.
- Advise management and relevant teams on property laws, tenancy matters, contractual obligations, regulatory requirements, and general corporate/commercial issues.
- Support dispute resolution and litigation matters involving tenants, landlords, contractors, vendors, and other property-related stakeholders, including liaison with external counsel where required.
- Maintain accurate legal records, support regulatory and statutory compliance, conduct legal research, and prepare legal opinions, notices, correspondence, and other documentation as required.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Law (LL.B) and Call to the Nigerian Bar (BL).
- Minimum of 3 Years relevant and practical experience in corporate/commercial law, with exposure to property or real estate matters.
- Good knowledge of tenancy agreements, leases, contracts, property transactions, and relevant regulatory requirements.
- Strong legal research, contract drafting/review, negotiation, analytical, and communication skills.
- High attention to detail, integrity, confidentiality, and ability to identify and manage legal risks.
- Ability to work effectively with property managers, landlords, tenants, vendors, external counsel, and other stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
