Job Description
Responsibilities
* Oversee the full recruitment lifecycle, including workforce planning, job postings, interviewing, and onboarding to ensure the company attracts high-calibre candidates.
* Develop and implement, and maintain HR policies and procedures that align with the company’s strategic goals and Nigerian labour regulations.
* Conduct market research to identify industry trends and potential partners.
* Prepare and deliver business proposals and presentations for HR consulting.
* Attend networking events, conferences and business meetings to promote the Firm.
* Serve as the primary point of contact for employee grievances, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution, ensuring a healthy and productive work environment.
* Drive the performance appraisal system (e.g., KPIs, 360-degree feedback), linking results to training, promotions, and succession planning.
* Administer payroll coordination, leave management, HMO, pension remittances, and bonus structures in a timely and accurate manner.
* Identify skills gaps and coordinate training programs to upskill employees and enhance productivity.
* Prepare regular HR reports (turnover rates, recruitment metrics, staff satisfaction) for executive decision-making.
* Draft the annual HR budget covering recruitment costs, training expenses, staff welfare, and HMO premiums for management approval.
* Initiating and tracking payments to external vendors (e.g., job boards, training consultants, HMO providers, background check agencies) and reconciling invoices.
* Collaborating with Finance to prepare and distribute annual tax clearance certificates.
* Providing employee records, payroll schedules, and benefit documentation to external auditors during statutory or financial audits.
* Monitoring business development targets and providing updates.
Remuneration: 300,000 Monthly Net pay

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resource Management, Psychology, or related fields.
- 2- 3 years of experience in a Human Resource Management role.
- Experience in recruitment, employee relations, HR policy implementation, training, and labour relations.
- Effective communication, organisational management and interpersona skill.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and human resource management tools and documentation.
- CIPM certification.
